Use of the website

This website provides information about the show, its tour and bookings. Visitors agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law.

Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, videos, posters and logos belong to Julián Fontalvo, Yellow Media or their respective authors. Materials in the press and professionals areas may be used to report on the show, with credit. Any other use requires written permission.

Tickets and external links

Tickets are sold through each venue's own platform, and purchases are governed by that platform's terms, not by this website. We are not responsible for the content of linked external websites (venues, media, social networks).

PRIVACY

What we collect

Only what you send us: the details in the private and corporate events form (type of event, format, date, city, number of guests, your email address and your message), and anything you email to our contact addresses.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to arrange the booking. We do not use these details for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the enquiry, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before. We need at least your email address to reply; all other fields are optional. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out with these details.

Who sees it

The Yellow Media team. Your details are not passed on to third parties unless the law requires it. Our website hosting, form handling and email delivery providers act as processors and may handle data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

How long

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If a booking follows, for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to info@yellowmedia.es. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

COOKIES

On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics. Until you answer, or if you choose “No, thanks”, the website loads no analytics or advertising tools.

Google and Meta may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

What does not set cookies

The tour calendar is read from a published Google Sheet, without cookies. YouTube videos and Instagram posts are not embedded: they open on their own websites, under their own rules.

Click “Manage cookies” on this page or the “Privacy” button in the bottom-left corner of the website. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
